featured upside down and inside out
I was in a car accident last Saturday. One minute we were making a turn the next upside down! Some lady barreled into us, slammed into the passenger door where I was sitting, and managed to flip our car. It was quite a shock to say the least when we were suddenly hanging like bats from our seat belts. After being whisked away to the emergency room to be checked out and spending 6 hours there befriending the nurses and doctors, we were allowed to leave relatively unscathed except for some bumps, flourishing bruises, a sprained wrist, some x-rays, and orders to see a chiropractor for the next few months. Hallelujah. Let me tell you, those chiropractors are magical. Seriously they are the best. The second they crack your back you feel so much better.
They say car accidents change your life but I don't feel any better or worse. Our car was totaled and I survived and I guess that makes me feel like I've survived something else which makes me stronger. You can learn from everything.

Hope everyone's okay!
